Please be advised that if your package has already been shipped via UPS or DHL, it must be rerouted by the recipient. You may change the delivery address of the package yourself by contacting the courier with your tracking number. If your order has not been shipped, please provide alternate shipping instructions in the form above.
Returns
Per our guarantee, you must return open and unopened containers within 97 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
Please do not ship any product back after the 97-day refund period has expired. Returns must be returned to the warehouse within 97 days of delivery with no exceptions. Please feel free to try our products, but refunds are limited to one order per customer.
